Any student of political science and international relations can underline the mostly ignored fact that nations also behave like selfish and greedy individuals.
Nations exactly do the same things which individuals do to dominate each other. It happens in all groups be it a family, office of any government or private organization etc.

My Journey of ASER 2012

After completing my Masters in Economics from Doon University, I just got the opportunity to work with ASER i.e. Annual Status of Education Report 2012, a national level annual report which shows educational status of children in the rural villages of India. There were two more reasons of being happy besides getting an employment after completing the degree. The one reason is that I wanted to work in an educational area while the other was that I love to travel and ASER gives you this chance. In fact in just those few months I travelled so much, sometimes I used to feel that our office runs from the buses of Haryana Roadways.

Women are considered to the pride and respect of a nation and therefore their safety is considered as the responsibility of the people residing there. But India’s pride took a major hit when on December 16, 2012 a 23 years old girl was gang raped, tortured and brutally injured by a group of five people in a moving bus. This incident shocked the whole nation to their core and “humanity” was critically questioned.

Myths do not need any scientific evidence to prove them. Describing a myth is not only justifying it but validating the society in which it is being told. Thus, traditional and nontraditional societies still carry anecdotes, fairy tales and myths with them.
Post modernist argue that Science cannot depend upon Science to answer questions such as: why should there be scientific activity at first place? Here Science needs myths to argue.

Few things just cannot be said. But it seems everyone concedes and has given a consensus to its existence and perpetual propagation is caste system in India. May be western sensitivity of twenty first century, which is being replicated in India by power elites, requires politically correct language at least on the visible surface of public sphere, anything which cannot pass the test of rationality and logic has to be rejected. But perhaps the most idiotic country in the world, which loves to brand itself as emerging superpower, has not recognized the futility of caste and harm it does their nation yet. What to expect from the set of people who still loves to pour milk at the penis of god. We must not go for selective readings of our system. It will be hypocrisy to love our good things and take pride at their existence and put a curtain on bad things. If Indians feel proud on the age free modern and liberal philosophy of Hinduism, then they must also feel the shame for the barbaric and inhuman treatment that is being still given to Dalits.

Misery of Male Mindset (A Reflection)

The change in the sexual behaviors of male and female can not be limited to bed. The colorful stories of activities before Sex, between sex and after sex are out there in the market to lure teenagers. These activities and stories basically carry a dominance of male’s desires and fancies. At a time when Females are becoming more and more mutual, comfortable and expressive about their sexuality, the dominance of male sexuality is finding it difficult to adjust, thus resulting in sexual exploitations and crimes. This growing inferiority regarding sexual expression and comfort of male reflects in the dominance of their desires in those fancy stories.

In this changing democratic set up male sexuality is looking more and more immature and undeveloped. The increasing desires to showcase the manliness (Mardanagi) are the signs of increasing inferiority in males. With this inferiority, the progressive steps of females resulting in breaking the age old conventions of an Indian lady have reflected in the distorted mindsets of males.

An inferior male tries to compensate his inferiority through forceful acts of manliness on a female, therefore establishing the so called dominance of man over woman. The growing aggression in a male’s behavior is the result of that inferiority.

Result of Gujarat Vidhan Sabha election has been announced and as expected BJP got majority. Thus Modi made a hatrick by getting re-elected in the state. This magnanimous victory has again proved his political power. This victory has re-glorified his political image and also enlarged his political size. Now that the result has been declared everyone is waiting for Modi to be declared as prime ministerial candidate of BJP.

The Cruel and Barbaric incident of Delhi has poured a rain of agony and frustration in the middle class. The severity of the situation is bound to occur, especially after listening and reading to the events which took place in that fateful evening. To a lay man’s eye, suddenly, there seem to be a union of all the section which is demanding capital punishment for the culprits. The death penalty seems to have found its sounds from the biggest chunk of mass i.e. the Middle Class youth. {plusone}

Though, the investigations are still on, postmortems of the whole saga have already covered every mainline magazine of the country. Most of the stories covering the event have viewed it from a Journalistic and the credibility point of view. The redundancy of the same argument about the two Journalists being unfair and dishonest to their profession has found a cacophony from print to electronic media.
